Ailsa Chandler
Queensland State Manager
Prior to moving to the Gold Coast, Ailsa has enjoyed a varied career in business, graduating from Executive Secretary to Hansard reporter. Ailsa was Executive Secretary and Office Manager for a large advertising agency in Melbourne, and was responsible for opening an overseas branch office. Ailsa's role in this company included Human Resource and staffing responsibilities, in which she excelled.
 
 

Ailsa moved into the employment and recruitment industry as Office Manager and then State Manager of a National Recruitment company. Ailsa was then engaged by a Perth recruitment company as Manager of their Secretarial and Accountancy Division.

Ailsa has a great deal of international experience, having been posted in the above roles in the UK, Fiji, as well as all over Australia.

In 2001, Ailsa opened up our Queensland branch.
